1. In General
Chalet Elati (στο εξής "Ξενώνας" ή "εμείς") και των επισκεπτών/πελατών (στο εξής "Πελάτης" ή "εσείς") που πραγματοποιούν κράτηση ή χρησιμοποιούν τις υπηρεσίες μας.
Με την πραγματοποίηση κράτησης ή τη χρήση των υπηρεσιών μας, συμφωνείτε να δεσμεύεστε από τους παρόντες όρους. Παρακαλούμε διαβάστε τους προσεκτικά πριν ολοκληρώσετε την κράτησή σας.
2. Bookings
2.1 Reservation Process
Reservations can be made:

- Through our website
- Through partner booking platforms

- Payment of the required advance payment amount or the full amount
- Written confirmation from the Hostel via email or SMS
2.3 Reservation Details
To complete the reservation, you will need:
- Full name
- Contact information (phone, email)
- Number of people
- Dates of stay (or open date selection)
- Any special requirements or preferences
3. Prices and Payments
3.1 Prices
The prices listed:
- They do not include VAT
- Valid on the date of booking
- May vary depending on the season (high/low season)
- They are listed per room/chalet and per night.
3.2 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods:
- Deposit to a bank account
- Credit/Debit card
- Cash (upon arrival for the remaining amount)
- Electronic bank transfer
3.3 Advance payment
A deposit is required to confirm the reservation, which is determined on a case-by-case basis and usually ranges between 30%-50% of the total cost. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival or departure.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Non-Refund
IMPORTANT: Amounts paid for reservations δεν επιστρέφονται σε καμία περίπτωση ακύρωσης από τον Πελάτη.
4.2 Date Flexibility
Although the money is not refundable, we provide απεριόριστη ευελιξία στις ημερομηνίες διαμονής:
- The Customer can visit the Guesthouse όποτε επιθυμεί στο μέλλον
- There is no time limit. for the use of the reservation
- The change of dates is free and unlimited
- Prior notification of the new date of stay is required (at least 3 days in advance)
- The new booking is subject to availability.
4.3 Date Change Procedure
To change the date of your reservation:
- Contact us by phone or email
- Suggest new desired dates
- We will confirm availability.
- You will receive a new booking confirmation.
4.4 Cancellation by the Hostel
In exceptional cases (force majeure, technical problems), the Guesthouse reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In this case:
- The Customer is informed immediately
- Alternative date offered
- If the Customer wishes, the full amount paid is refunded.
5. Check-in και Check-out
5.1 Hours
- Check-in: 15:00 - 21:00
- Check-out: 08:00 - 11:00
5.2 Early Check-in / Late Check-out
If you wish to have an early check-in or late check-out:
- Prior arrangement is required.
- Subject to availability
- You may incur additional costs.
5.3 Late Arrival
If your arrival will be delayed beyond 21:00, please inform us in advance.
6. Residence Rules
6.1 Capacity
- The maximum number of guests per chalet/room cannot exceed the number stated in the reservation.
- Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior arrangement.
6.2 Smokers
Smoking is prohibited:
- Indoors
- Allowed only outdoors
6.3 Pets
- Pets are accepted by prior arrangement.

- Owners are responsible for the behavior and cleanliness of their pets.
6.4 Noise and Quiet
- Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 08:00
- Respect for other guests and neighbors
6.5 Use of Spaces
- The spaces must be used with responsibility and care.
- Parties or large gatherings are prohibited without prior permission.
- Cleanliness is maintained in all common areas.
7. Customer Responsibility
7.1 Damages
The Customer is responsible for:
- Any damage caused to the Hostel's property
- Loss or damage to equipment
- Damages will be invoiced based on the cost of restoration or replacement.
7.2 Personal Items
- The Hostel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- We recommend that you do not leave valuables unattended.
7.3 Security
- Guests are responsible for locking rooms/chalets.
- Loss of keys incurs a replacement cost.
8. Hostel Responsibility
8.1 Provision of Services
The Guesthouse is committed to providing:
- Clean and functional accommodation
- The services listed in the reservation
- Service according to international hospitality standards
8.2 Limitation of Liability
The Hostel is not responsible for:
- Power, water or internet outages due to force majeure
- Weather conditions affecting the stay
- Problems caused by third parties (e.g. road works)
- Accidents due to visitor negligence
8.3 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions), the Guesthouse is not responsible for the inability to provide services. In such cases, every effort will be made to find an alternative solution.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Χρήση ναρκωτικών ουσιών
- Aggressive or threatening behavior
- Disturbance of other guests or staff
- Commercial activities without a license
Violation of the above may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.
10. Personal Data Protection
The collection and processing of your personal data is in accordance with the Guesthouse's Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.
11. Photos and Descriptions
11.1 Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to accurately present our premises and services. However:
- The photos are indicative.
- Minor differences may exist due to renovations or changes.
- The view and environment may vary depending on the season.
11.2 Changes
The Guesthouse reserves the right to make changes to the facilities for improvements or maintenance.
12. Complaints and Suggestions
12.1 During the Stay
If you encounter a problem during your stay:
- Notify staff immediately
- We will make every effort to resolve it.
12.2 After the Stay
For complaints or suggestions after departure:

13. Modification of Terms
The Guesthouse reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The amendments are effective from the moment of their publication on the website. For reservations that have already been confirmed, the terms and conditions in effect on the date of booking apply.
14. Applicable Law
Οι παρόντες όροι διέπονται από το ελληνικό δίκαιο. Οποιαδήποτε διαφορά που προκύπτει υπάγεται στην αποκλειστική δικαιοδοσία των Δικαστηρίων της Τρίπολης.
15. Miscellaneous Provisions
15.1 Invalidity of Terms
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15.2 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
15.3 Γλώσσα
In case of differences between the Greek and any translated version, the Greek version prevails.
